health will result.
Pressing the reflex points regulates the flow of energy

health. Your right foot maps
the right side of the body and the left
foot maps the left side.

have a full outline of the human body; your big toe represents
your head, with reflex points for brain, nose
and throat, pineal, pituitary and
hypothalamus.

for the major organs including lungs,
heart, liver and stomach, while your heel corresponds to
your pelvis....and so on. A skilled
reflexologist will find the
congested or troublesome reflex points by
feel - they have granular-like deposits in them.
